Police Report

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office: At 11:37 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, Tina Mullins, 48, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of West Oak Street and Boone Ridge Road. At 8:33 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, Marin A. Balderas, 18, of Frankfort, was arrested for driving while suspended misdemeanor. A juvenile was also detained for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The arrest and detainment occurred during a traffic stop in the 500 block of North U.S. 421. At 9:38 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, Chadley Douglas Long, 50, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated - endangering a person, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. 421 and Tilson Drive. At 2:18 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, David L. Browning, 44, of Zionsville, was arrested for driving while suspended prior. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of 106th Street and Dahlia Drive. At 2:05 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, Kyle A. Stamatkin, 24, of Zionsville, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The arrest occurred after police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 4000 block of Huntsman Drive. At 1:45 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, Ana Hernandez, 41, of Thorntown, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 3800 block of U.S. 421. At 2:23 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, Michael D. Snodgrass, 41, of Westfield, was arrested on a warrant from Putnam County. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 3800 block of U.S. 421. The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs: At 1:52 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, police responded to the intersection of Zionsville Road and Technology Drive on a burglary. An incident report was taken. At 9:22 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, police responded to the 1500 block of Hunters Glen on a threat. At 9:24 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, police received a phone call regarding credit card fraud. At 10:11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, police responded to the intersection of Ford Road and Village Walk Drive on a theft. At 4:29 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, police received a phone call regarding fraud. At 10:59 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, police responded to the 800 block of Forest Boulevard on a fraud. At 3:48 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, police responded to a traffic accident near the intersection of U.S. 421 and County Road 550 South. As a result, paperwork was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office against Marcela Ramirez, 39, of Indianapolis, for driving while suspended with a prior offense. At 2:34 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, police responded to the 9000 block of Windpointe Pass on a fraud. At 3:28 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, police responded to the 1100 block of Stanley Drive on a threat and intimidation.
