Police Reports from Jan. 29, 2014

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor's Office:

At 3:37 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, Damingo Mancera, 44, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of East Sycamore Street.

At 3:08 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, Elise Jones, 30, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended. The arrest occurred near the intersection of Zionsville Road and Technology Drive.

At 2:48 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, Richard Staser, 54, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred near the intersection of US 421 and CR 200 S.

At 10:18 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, Eladio Gonzalez, 35, of Carmel, was arrested for driving while suspended. The arrest occurred near the intersection of Willow Road and Willow Ridge Drive.

At 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, Bin Chen, 30, of Fishers, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Oak Street and Manchester Drive.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 12:20 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, police responded to the 1400 block of West Oak Street on a theft from a vehicle.

At 10:16 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, police responded to the 4800 block of Clarkston Court on criminal mischief.

At 11:16 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, police responded to the 700 block of Hanover Close on fraudulent activity with a financial institution.

At 4:05 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20, police served a warrant for theft against Sean Cunningham, 29, of Zionsville, in the 6800 block of Wimbledon Drive.

At 8:09 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, police responded to the 5500 block of West 96th Street on a theft.

At 8:14 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, police responded to the 700 block of South Ford Road on a theft.

At 4:05 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, police initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of 106th Street and Bennett Parkway for multiple violations. As a result, paperwork was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor's Office against Karl Elam, 46, of Indianapolis, for operating while intoxicated and public intoxication.

At 5:18 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, police responded to the 9900 block of Cherryleaf Drive on a theft.
