Police Reports from Oct. 16, 2013

The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 12:14 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, Tyler S. Baer, 29, of Indianapolis, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 1700 block of West Oak Street.

At 10:36 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, Jeremy Yarbrough, 20, of Indianapolis, was arrested for driving while suspended prior. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 1400 block of West Oak Street.

At 12:44 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, George L. Adams, 47, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 8000 block of S. County Road 1000 E.

At 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, Paul Bailey, 57, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Whitestown Road and Cobblestone Drive.

At 9:40 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, Christopher Grice, 19, and Brett Taylor, 19, both of Frankfort, were arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 11800 block of North Michigan Road.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 2:10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, police responded to the 1500 block of West Oak Street on an alarm.

At 9:11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, police responded to the 1500 block of West Oak Street on a breaking and entering. After meeting with employees, police determined force entry was made to the business, but nothing was taken. The case has been forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division.

At 12:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, police responded to the 4700 block of Pebble Point Pass on a theft and fraud.

At 3:27 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, police responded to the 1300 block of Sullivans Ridge North on a theft. A report was taken and forwarded to investigations for review.

At 10:34 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, police responded to Zionsville Community High School, 1000 Mulberry St., on a trespass.

At 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, police responded to the 9900 block of Cherryleaf Drive on a theft.

At 11:43 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, police responded to 9950 E County Road 600 S on criminal mischief to a vehicle.

At 4:06 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, police received a phone call regarding theft from a vehicle.
