Police reports from May 8, 2013


— The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 1:58 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, Kevin Taylor, 22, of Zionsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop near the intersection of Brookhaven Boulevard and CR 300 S.

At 8:44 p.m. Sunday, May 5, Jeremy Pettit, 37, of Covington, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the 2300 block of U.S. 421.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 1:38 p.m. Monday, April 29, police responded to the 200 block of South Main Street on a theft.

At 10:05 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, police responded to the 10000 block of Hoosier Village Drive on a theft.

At 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, police responded to the 9300 block of Windrift Way on a residential burglary.

At 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, police responded to the 4800 block of West 116th Street on a vehicle break-in.

At 3:53 p.m. Thursday, May 2, police responded to the 1300 block of Robert Court on a report of threatening Facebook messages. The report was filed with the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.

At 2:19 p.m. Saturday, May 4, police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 96th Street and Zionsville Road. The driver, Kathy Dean, of Indianapolis, was found to be suspended with a prior. Charges were filed with the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

At 6:59 p.m. Saturday, May 4, police responded to the 3200 block of Autumn Ash Drive on a residential breaking and entering. Upon arrival, all three individuals were gone and descriptions obtained. Two individuals were located and found to be juveniles. Parents were notified and a report was generated and forwarded to the Boone County Juvenile Probation Department for review.

At 2:33 a.m. Sunday, May 5, police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Willow Road and Elm Lane and discovered two juveniles to be in possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
