Police Reports from Oct. 9, 2013


— The following people with name, age, address, charge and arresting information, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office:

At 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, Albert Antonacci, 52, of Zionsville, was arrested for domestic battery. The arrest occurred in the 3200 block of Autumn Ash Drive.

At 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, Dawn Marker, 43, of Zionsville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft. The arrest occurred in the 140 block of Kevin Court.

The Zionsville Police Department made the following runs:

At 3:08 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, police responded to the 11500 block of Sycamore Street on a theft.

At 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, police responded to the 11600 block of Summit Circle on a theft.

At 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, police responded to the 10800 block of Deandra Drive on a fraud.

At 1:48 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, police initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 96th Street and Pineview Drive. As a result, Heather Ulrich, 36, of Indianapolis, was found to be driving on a suspended license and was issued a summons into Boone County Superior Court II.

At 6:23 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, police initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Zionsville Road and 106th Street. As a result, Derrick Garrett, 31, of Indianapolis, was found to be driving on a suspended license and was issued a summons into Boone County Superior Court II.
