The Zionsville boys soccer team will conduct its Senior Night Thursday, Sept. 28 at the Zionsville soccer fields. Honored players will be (pictured) Ben Trewartha, Cam Davis, Sam Corrado and Conley Burgard.

The ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m., in between the Eagles’ junior varsity and varsity games with Center Grove. This will be the final regular-season home game for Zionsville.

In their most recent game, the Eagles tied with Avon 2-2 Thursday, Sept. 21. Zionsville played Fishers Tuesday, Sept. 23, in a game that ended after press time. The Eagles will wrap up the season with an 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 game at Carmel.

Zionsville’s boys team will host the four-team sectional this year, with play beginning Thursday, Oct. 5. The Eagles will face Lebanon at 7 p.m. in the second semifinal, with Western Boone taking on University at 5 p.m. in the first semifinal. The championship game takes place at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7.

Last week’s girls soccer scores were not available as of press time. Zionsville was to face Ben Davis Saturday, Sept. 23, but that game was rained out. The Eagles will travel to Fishers Wednesday, Sept. 27 for a 6:30 p.m. game.

The Eagles girls will travel to Hamilton Southeastern for their sectional. Zionsville plays Fishers at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2 in the first round. Semifinals take place at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, with the championship at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7.
