---- — The Zionsville swimming and diving teams swept Brownsburg Tuesday, Dec. 3, night in a Hoosier Crossroads Conference dual.
The girls team won 135-51 and the boys team won 103-82.
"We are really happy with the results," Zionsville head coach Scott Kubly said. "Especially on the boys' side. We lost to them by 10 points last year and we wanted to make sure we had a pretty good lineup here. On both sides we swam really well."
The Eagles had a week off of meets since they faced McCutcheon last Tuesday.
Kubly said even with the holiday, the Eagles practiced nearly every day and were ready to go.
"We take the dual meets in stride," Kubly said. "When they come they come and we swim the meets. The only day we had off last week was Thanksgiving Day, so we came in pretty well prepared. Just having one dual meet a week is great. Now we can focus on the Hall of Fame Meet this weekend."
