---- — It wasn't a perfect day for the Zionsville wrestling team Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Shamrock Duals in Westfield.

The Eagles went 3-1 on the day to finish third overall.

"I thought we were a little flat today," Zionsville head coach Bob Brennan said. "We beat a couple teams early that I knew we would beat then had a really good win against Roncalli. But we didn't wrestle that well against Ben Davis. We gave up a few pins and didn't get some wins that we should have. We have some things that we can work on."

The tournament was re-arranged multiple times due to the weather.

Evansville Memorial and Shelbyville were forced to drop out due to the weather.

With the cancellations, Zionsville opened up with the Westfield 'B' team, winning 54-16.

The Eagles then beat Indianapolis Arsenal Tech 57-21 and Roncalli 43-23.
