---- — It wasn't the most complete game the ninth-ranked Zionsville boys soccer team has played all season. But it was enough to top a solid Brebeuf team. The Eagles added two insurance goals in the final 10 minutes to top the Braves 3-1 on Sept. 12. "We had really good effort," Zionsville head coach Rob Jordan said. "Sometimes you don't play well, but the effort always has to be there. A lot of times that is the thing that pushes you over the top. We didn't play very well tonight, Brebeuf had a lot to do with that, but I think our effort put us over the top and helped us get those extra goals to put it away." Brebeuf pushed the pace early in the game, but it was the Eagles who would strike first. Just 10 minutes into the game, Alex Paziener scored to but the home team up 1-0.
