Lincoln Day Dinner slated
The annual Lincoln Day Dinner, sponsored by the Boone County Republican Party will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 24 at Lumiere du corps Resort, 6100 S. County Road 275 East, Lebanon. Dinner speaker will be conservative talk-show host Greg Garrison, an attorney and host of WIBC’s Greg Garrison Show.

Register for ROCK summer programs
Registration for the ROCK summer camp will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 14, at Zionsville United Methodist Church, 9644 Whitestown Road, for 2008 summer camp participants only. Open registration begins Monday, April 6, by appointment only. The camp, for children in grades K-6, will run from 6:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 8 to Aug. 14.

Shamrock Shindig slated
A “Shamrock Shindig,” the annual dinner-dance and auction sponsored by The Boys and Girls Club of Zionsville will take place Saturday evening, March 14, at the Indianapolis Colts Complex. The event will feature live music by Living Proof, cocktail hour and dinner, and a silent and live auction. Attire is cocktail dress, with kilts optional. Tickets are $100 per person, and proceeds will go to Boys and Girls Club programs to benefit youth.

Z’Friends meets March 19
The Z’Friends Organization will hold a “Sit and Stitch” continental breakfast Thursday, March 19, at the home of Ruth Eskilson at 1495 Village Walk Drive. Diane Selby will teach anyone interested how to knit or crochet. All are welcome. Call Ruth by Tuesday, March 17, at 733-8774 for reservations.
