• “First Come, First Hung,” SullivanMunce’s first exhibit of 2009, is exactly what its name implies. The first 40 artists through the doors on Saturday, Jan. 10, will automatically be accepted into the popular exhibit that gives both amateur and professional artists the opportunity to showcase their work at the gallery between Jan. 17 and Feb. 28. The 2009 theme, “The Art of Love,” means all art submissions should depict or illustrate the artist’s interpretation of the theme. Entry date is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 10. Additional details are on the SullivanMunce Web site.
