• Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters Release Party — 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6., grades fourth through fifth. Celebrate the new release of the new Percy Jackson Movie by playing games, doing trivia and watching the first Percy Jackson movie.

• American Girl Picnic Junior — 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, ages 4 through 7. Celebrate the end of summer American Girl style. Enjoy an American Girl picnic with games, activities, crafts and food.

SullivanMunce announces new exhibits

The SullivanMunce Cultural Center, 225 W. Hawthorne St., can be reached at 873-4900 for more information. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.

Zionsville Paint Out Exhibition - through Tuesday, July 23. This exhibition features the works created by artists who participated in the Zionsville Paint Out. This exhibition is free and open to the public.

Zionsville Family Scrapbooks - now through Saturday, Aug. 31. This exhibit will feature antique scrapbooks and photographs of Zionsville families from the SullivanMunce Archive Collection. Explore artifacts never before exhibited and help the center identify missing information.

Visual Poetry - Aug. 2 through Sept. 28. Eight eclectic photographers will be featured in this exhibit ranging from creative portraiture, abstracts, black and white landscapes, still lifes, cityscapes and iPhone art. Photographers featured include Marla Misamore, Becky Brill, Eileen Cote, Rad Drew, Robert Gough, Freddie Kelvin, Barry Lively and Bill Miller.

Bingo offered

every Thursday

The Zionsville American Legion Post No. 79 offers bingo at 6:30 p.m. every Thursday. All are welcome. Bingo will be at the legion, 9950 E. County Road 600 South, Zionsville.

Concerts return to Lions Park

Free, family concerts have returned to Lions Park for another year.

Concerts begin at 7 p.m. every Sunday in July. Food and drinks will be offered for a donation at each concert.
