• Wonderful Worms — 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, and Sunday, Sept. 22, ages 5 and older. Worms will compost food scraps and turn them into one of the best fertilizers available. Worm composting is an easy, mess-free way to compost year round. The nature center is located at 690 Beech St. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Bible study set

Community Bible Study is hosting a Visitor's Day on Thursdays, Sept. 5 and 12, for the study of the book of John. The study will be from 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Traders Point Christian Church, 6590 S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown. The class consists of approximately 110 women from 20 different churches. Fundraiser set for Love INC

Zionsville Fellowship Church, 9090 E. Ind. 334, will host the fourth annual "Spreading the Love" banquet to benefit Love In the Name of Christ of Boone County. Registration and silent auction for the banquet begin at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, and dinner will be served at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person or tables for eight for $160. Moms invited to attend event Mothers of children from infant to high-school age are welcome to attend an event at Zionsville Fellowship Church, 9090 E. Indiana 334. Mom's Day In is designed to give moms a time to relax and enjoy food, adult conversation, inspirational speakers and uninterrupted time with other mothers. Childcare for infancy through kindergarten is provided. Mom's Day In will take place from 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Fridays, Sept. 6 and 20. The group will meet twice a month for the rest of the year.
