Anna Sonner of Zionsville and Andrew Knaup of Michigan City were married on June 27, 2009 at Zionsville United Methodist Church with Pastor Linda Johnson officiating.
A reception was held at Highland Country Club, Indianapolis.
The bride is the daughter of Ken and Mary Sonner of Zionsville. She is a 2003 graduate of Zionsville Community High School. She earned degrees in Spanish and communication disorders from Butler University in 2007 and a master’s degree in speech and hearing sciences from Indiana University in 2009. She is currently a speech therapist for Franklin Township schools, Indianapolis.
The groom is the son of Dennis and Mary Knaup of Michigan City. He is a 2003 graduate from Michigan City High School. He earned a degree in music education from Butler University in 2007. He is a music teacher and assistant chair director at Franklin Central High School, Indianapolis.
Matron of honor was Courtney Garrison. Bridesmaids were Maria Davis Heider, Hillary Gangstad and Steph Kessel.
The best man was Matt Harris. Groomsmen were Peter Guse, Dan Meisner and Scott Vouri.
The flower girl was Kate and Becca Snouffer, nieces of the groom.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon trip on a Caribbean cruise. They will reside in Indianapolis.
