Life Story at 10 a.m.

What is it and how do you write it? Recording and sharing a life story is important because it helps explain who we are, where we’ve been, how we got here, and even where and what we anticipate doing in the future. Learn tips on how to write a life story using the eight key domains.

Health, Happiness, Wholeness at 11 a.m.

Health and Happiness go hand in hand. If you are a family of one or a family of many, together we will discuss fun ways to reduce stress, communicate with family members of all ages, laugh and play and create a wholeness of overall health.
