4:06 p.m. – Marcos Ramirez, 20, Indianapolis, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, Whitestown Police Department.


2:43 p.m. – Stephanie S. Sims, 43, Whitestown, failure to appear, Boone County Sheriff's Office.


4:49 p.m. – Wendy A. Haywood, 54, Indianapolis, driving while suspended, WPD.


12:13 a.m. – Jennifer Nuest, 34, Indianapolis, public intoxication, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, Zionsville Police Department.

Area public service agencies responded to the following calls:



8:18 p.m. – Caller said neighbors are having a party and music is really loud, officer spoke with owner of wedding barn, he is aware of noise ordinance, all activities supposed to stop at 10 p.m., 8500 block of E. C.R. 300 S., Zionsville.

6:22 p.m. – Caller is with the Indianapolis FBI, received a threat to life concern regarding a manager at this facility, threat said they were going to kill all immigrants, relaying information, 6300 block of Crane Drive, Zionsville.


9:10 p.m. – Solicitor going around on a Segway, caller upset they are bothering her this late at night, unable to locate, 922 Raven Ridge, Zionsville.

10:14 a.m. – Someone drove through his fence and hit some guide wires on REMC poles, County Roads 550 S. and 800 E., Zionsville.


9:19 a.m. – Several hundred large electrical cords stolen from property, around $31,000 worth of cords, report taken, 7500 block of Hunt Club Road, Zionsville.


6:57 p.m. – Sink in left lane, 5872 E. C.R. 750 S., Zionsville.

3:40 a.m. – 14- and 12-year-old upset because it’s bedtime and their wifi got turned off, parties separated for the night, 7800 block E. C.R. 100 S., Whitestown.



10:43 p.m. – Driver using video chat while driving, 133.6 mile marker of Interstate 65 northbound, Whitestown.

10:12 a.m. – Officer flagged down by citizen stating that the McDonald’s was all locked up but the drive-through was open, she thought this was unusual and wanted us to check it out, spoke with manager and she said they were short staffed so that’s why the dining room isn’t open, officer suggested perhaps a sign, 6200 block of Heartland Drive, Zionsville.


10:51 p.m. – Juveniles throwing eggs at cars in parking lot, no damage, unable to locate, 6000 block of S. Main Street, Whitestown.

8:30 p.m. – Caller upset that carpet cleaner is parked on pathway behind her apartment, caller was very argumentative, made contact with cleaning company and was informed that the company has permission to be parked there, the path was designed to give easy access to the apartments for cleaning, officer suggested calling the leasing office, she said, “No, our future plans are our choice, thank you very much, goodbye,” 6000 block of Schooler Drive, Whitestown.


10:03 a.m. – Caller wanted police officers to participate in bike parade, two officers joined, 6200 block of Veterans Drive, Whitestown.

9:19 a.m. – Found a firearm in a repossessed vehicle, firearm recovered, 5000 block of S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown.


2:24 p.m. – Caller states he received texts from his ex-wife that she is going to super glue the doors of his car shut, wants it documented so he can get a protective order against her, ex-wife also made threats to her mother about cashing in on insurance money for the kids, caller was worried that the ex-wife would hurt herself and try to claim he did it, 5500 block of S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown.

12:57 a.m. – Transformer out, no fire, REMC pole, 6400 block of Center Drive, Whitestown.


7:52 p.m. – Found a crack pipe in a parking lot of business, disposed of pipe, 6000 block of S. Perry Worth Road, Whitestown.

12:57 p.m. – Male in yellow semi threatening the caller with a crowbar, caller described the threatening driver as looking like Darrell from “Storage Wars,” stated he was swinging a brake iron and hit his cab with it, there was no damage to the truck, caller did not make sense and continued to reference people tampering with his tractor-trailer in Memphis, 4100 block of S. Indianapolis Road, Whitestown.


11:07 p.m. – Caller found basket in roadway at Albert S. White Drive and C.R. 575 W., contains two beheaded doves, blood soaked cash, a horse shoe, rope, chain and plant seeds, report taken.

9:45 p.m. – Harassment and intimidation, 7700 bloc Eagle Crescent Drive, Zionsville.

4:14 p.m. – Woman who got into truck for a job of her own free will says truck driver left her at truck stop, 5900 block Whitestown Parkway, she became upset when police told her they cannot take her back to New York.

3 p.m. – Trailer stolen, 3900 block Perry Boulevard.

8:11 a.m. – Paving company employees found two teen males attempting to steal skid loader, one was on bicycle, and they left toward subdivision.

4:28 a.m. – Lebanon Police found man reported missing from Whitestown, not missing, he needed space from his wife, police told him to contact her and his son to let them know he’s OK and to take a cell phone the next time he leaves for an extended period, removed him from missing persons data base.



2:09 a.m. – What looked to be eight male juveniles were seen knocking on the front window then walking through the caller’s yard, would like to speak to an officer, 4700 block of Khaki Court, Zionsville.


10:21 p.m. – Caller has questions for officer about drones and air surveillance, spoke with officer, will call when he notices drone activity, 9700 block of Autumn Way, Zionsville.

7:45 p.m. – Neighbor stole her jewelry, 9900 block of Hoosier Village Drive, Indianapolis.


11:32 a.m. – Theft of racing gear from front yard, 11500 block of Willow Springs Drive, Zionsville.

10:03 a.m. – Broken lock on mailbox, subject tried to get into the company’s mailbox, 9700 N. Zionsville Road, Zionsville.
