At 12:39 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, an employee of the Village Pantry, 200 block of South Ford Road, reported that a man drove away from a gas pump without paying for $65 of gas. The man returned later and paid for the gas.

At 2:54 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, the Zionsville Police Department responded to a fraud call at Old National Bank, 300 block of South Main Street. The caller said numerous checks were cashed without the authorization of the account holder.

At 11:25 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, David Bracken, 48, of Carmel, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Police pulled his vehicle over at the intersection of 106th Street and Bennett Parkway. He was taken to the Boone County Jail.
