Sam Moody, seventh grade literature student-teacher from Butler University is arrested by Zionsville police Officer Joseph Robinson during the Arresting Food Drive at Zionsville West Middle School last month. During the third annual “Arresting Food Drive,” the teacher with the most food items donated in each grade was “arrested,” handcuffed and taken away by the Zionsville Police Department. More than 1,000 food items were donated to the Zionsville Food Pantry. “Arrested” teachers were Janet Ostendorf (fifth grade), Diane Aurand (sixth grade), Moody (seventh grade student teacher), Tim Yovanovich (eighth grade), and Mike Plewa (orchestra director).
